Submission of Extended Abstracts
The call for abstracts has been closed on March 6, 2009. More than 120 abstracts from more than 20 countries have been submitted. The notification of acceptance has been sent out in mid May.
The authors are requested to prepare and submit their extended abstract to the workshop secretariat until
Friday, July 31, 2009
As all extended papers have to be compiled and burned on CD-ROM in order to hand them over to the participants at the beginning of the conference, there is no room for delays. If you have the feeling that you will not be able to meet this deadline for special circumstances, please contact the workshop secretariat immediately.
The number of pages is unlimited, the conference language is English. The extended abstract will be published in the conference proceedings on CD-ROM and handed out to the participants at the beginning of the conference. Please use the template which can be downloaded on this site. The format of the extended abstract is the same as it was at the last IWAIS in Yokohama.
Please note, that you have to be registered (regular prices; deadline: July 31, 2009) to the conference in order to be able to present your paper. You can register for the conference here.
